Sampleson has introduced CollaB3, a detailed software emulation of a vintage tonewheel organ.

CollaB3 is available as a standalone application, as well as a VST and AU plugin for compatible digital audio workstations on PC and Mac. It emulates a vintage tonewheel organ. The instrument simulates all the noises, clicks, and other sonic peculiarities of a real tonewheel organ. It also features a rotary speaker simulation, along with chorus and reverb effects. Dev c++ project is not compiled. The maximum polyphony is 128 voices. The plugin was developed by Sampleson, in collaboration with Librewave, LalalandSynth, and Studio427 Audio.
What effects for auto tune. The plugin features a scalable user interface with a set of controls for fine-tuning the sound engine parameters. The user can adjust the tonewheels, the leakage amount, rotary speaker simulation intensity, chorus and reverb FX send, and more. CollaB3 also features a preset manager a settings panel. Interestingly, the developers have also included a link to the COVID-19 info page on the World Health Organization website.
The instrument sounds very realistic. My guess is that it uses a combination of sampling and synthesis to generate the sound. Being that the download size is relatively small for a sample-based instrument, we can assume that some portions of the sound were sampled whereas others are synthesized in real-time. The result is a virtual tonewheel organ that sounds authentic and very real.
